Throughout its history Venetian glassware has been synonymous with refined craftsmanship. Characterised by a transparent, light and delicate appearance Murano glass is very different to crystal glass. Its chemical composition allows the manual hot manipulation techniques which have come to typify the uniqueness of Venetian glass forms.
